What song played during sinking after "Nearer my God to Thee"?

I was just wondering if anyone knew what song played shortly after the 4 orchestral men played "Nearer My God to Thee". I dont really know how to describe it, but if anyone knows anything about music out there, I'll give the tune with notes and chords, it goes in this order. C (A-min) (2 beats), D (G-maj)(2 beats), E (C-maj)(1 beat), D (G-maj)(1 beat), C (A-min)(2 beats), B (E-min7)(2 beats), A (F-maj)(1 beat), G (C-maj)(1 beat), A (F-maj)(2 beats), B (G-maj)(2 beats), C (A-min)(4 beats). If you have a piano, try playing each one of those notes with the chord after it and the number of beats you take in a measure... If you dont understand themusic i wrote, maybe you know the song anyway its right after the small orchestral group plays Nearer My God to Thee. And for any of you that are professional muscicians, im sorry i couldnt write the music better, Ive been playing music my whole life but never leared how to read or write it. Please help me with this song if anyone can. Thanks

From what I've read, the last song that was played by the Titanic's band was a song called 'Autumn'. That's all I know.
