I sure do miss all the posts that used to be here. This was my "first" and I have grown to really appreciate the info from other like-minded individuals.

Me too, Judy. I think that most of the folks are posting over at the Homesteading Today site.

One bit of news though - Phil has a local job again! No more over the road trucking - YEAH!!!!! So he'll be home a lot more, and hopefully will be able to post here a lot more, too!

That's great news, Cheryl!!

I was wondering how things were going!

I still post here occasionally, Judy. Not much going on here in Maine other than the usual fall rush of butchering and firewood cutting. Wait til we get snowed in....:-)!! And I MUCH prefer this place rather than the "other" site!

BTW...anyone heard from Bren??

That's great news Cheryl! Bet you're both glad to have him home more!

That's wonderful, Cheryl. My DH is still on the road with no end in sight. It's pretty sad that in order to keep this land he has to be away from it so much. Oh well, it's not forever, right? Best wishes to you.

We can build this site up again the way it was. Just mail this site to all your homesteading friends and have them post homesteading ideas here.
