In going through my grandfather's things, we found a medal that was awarded to my great-grandfather H. T. Hogg from BofLE for Div 779 for Heroic Services March 13, 1913 Warm Springs, GA. We have never heard this story from my grandfather and are quite curious as to what could have happened - or where to look for answers.
