Hi David!

You know, just because you don't have a place yet, doesn't mean you can't contribute! What sort of place are you saving for?

Speaking for myself, sometimes it's really nice to hear from folks who can't wait to get a place. It can be inspiring, and motivating...it tend to remind me why I'm crazy enough to be doing this, and counr my blessings! ;-)

David...I think we're all just preoccupied with typical end-of-the-summer "stuff"! You know...canning, freezing, butchering, firewood, etc. Not to mention all the personal things that happen in everyones day to day life. And look at the economy? Maybe some of us are wondering what the future will bring especially with george jr.'s plans!! I'm very optimistic that the number of posts will pick up (on ALL Lusenet forums) during the late fall and winter months! Stick around :-)!!

Hi David. I'm pretty much in the same place you are. I live in suburban Indianapolis on 0.2 acres but I do have a couple of raised beds for vegetables. We're hoping to move a bit north (still within Indiana) and buy 5-10 acres within the next couple of years. We probably could move a little sooner but I want to have at least 20% saved up for a downpayment so we don't have to pay PMI.
