Will I be able to Password Protect a VCD so that the viewer can use the remote control to key in the password and view the contents of the VCD?

If you can find a way to do this, you should realize that VCD format does not support this and password protecting your discs may render them unplayable on some machines. May I ask what exactly you have that is so important that you need to protect it? If what you have is REALLY so important you need to protect it, maybe you should consider having a professional DVD made because you could do this with DVD.
