Where can plans for building a Hampton Court rat maze be found?

University of New Brunwick psychology professor David Likely says that the maze was designed by Willard Small in 1900, and that "an a-mazing variety of laboratory mazes designed to study one thing or another can be found in Norman L. There were two drawings of Small's Hampton Court Maze in the 1950 edition of the Munn book, one on p. 3 and one on p. 185. I have posted 300 dpi jpegs of them on the web at:
