Hello Andrew, it might sound to you a bit odd but I don't know what a vcd is. However I would like to inform you that I have the whole 3rd year of the Charmed and some Episodes of the 2nd year. The problem is that have Greek subtitles as they are recorded from a Greek channel. If you are interested please sent me an e-mail. I 'll give them to you almost for free!
