The American soldiers responsible for mistakenly bombing, and killing, Canadian troops are being court marshalled and charged with manslaughter by the U.S. government. They will get their justice.

No they wont. They'll be kicked out of the army and mebbe serve time for 3 years, tops. The whole "It was a simple mistake" defence works well when it comes to America vs. Canada.

ATFF2 is a figure of speech. And the pilots made an easy mistake. I mean how the hell can they tell who is firing at them. And the Canadians should have not been training there. Thats what their home bases are for back here.

You asshole, they WERE at a base. And the Canadians were NOT shooting at the planes, they were firing on ground targets. Thats why they are getting court marshalled, because:

A) It was in Canadian Training Space
B) They were not being fired upon

Have you even read anything thats gone along with this trial, Trowa?

Do you watch ABC. Oh wait canada has a suck ass selection of TV stations [no offense KC] But it had a 3d video of 2 F-16 flying. They saw gun fire in the woods and it looked hostile. You can't tell what the fuck is going on 30000 feet in the air too easily. If it was at a base they would have held off. And like I said they should have been in Canada training. The Afghanistan is no place to train ground troops. That is what Basic Training is for. I am sorry if I seem like an annoying shit but geez, what would you have taken it as if you were in an F-16 and saw gunfire. It might have not hit you but then again if it was al-quada then you would have let them get away and it might haunt you later. But it was Canada. I do feel bad for the familys who lost members in that accedent. But casultys happen. They should not be in trial. That chinnese guy who crashed because he hit the EP-3 was an accedent. And no trial happened there. So why should it now with this case? Like I said I respect the Canadians.

Um, Trowa? It WAS a Canadian training camp, thats why the court marshal is happeneing. The 'youre over friendly space' computer light went off in the cockpit of the planes (no joke, they have these lights) but the pilots, for some reason, didnt 'see'. So they blew up Canadians, right in Canadian space.

You mean the IFF computer in the cockpit. And I saw trees in this video that shots were being fired from. Not a building or a cave. Nothing but trees. Whatever though.

Yknow, I know Americans have never thought of this, but it IS useful to train in wooded areas. Because, just in case of the fact that the enemy may hide in a forest...

Bin Laden: Shit! KillerCrud realized that we could hide in places other then caves! We're dead now!

Bin Laden Fuckin. That is how I will make fun of him.

Trowa, the troops maybe didn't kill the Canadian troops on purpose, but it was not an honest mistake. It was a SLOPY mistake. They didn't even have proper athorization to fire. They were on a reconosence mission. Look at it from this point of view. U.S. troops are training in the woods, and a Canadian F-16 flies by, mistakens them for enemies, and fires. Four American soldiers are killed. Four wifes will be husbandless. Many children will be fatherless. And 8 parents will have lost on of their children. Try to tell me that if that happened, you would not want the Canadian pilot to pay. You can't, and if you say you can, your lieing. Now you see? Now look at it the exact same way, except there are Canadian troops training, and an American jet shooting. The Americans were foolish, and diserve to be punished. They didn't injure anyone. They killed Canadian troops. Their lifes were cut short because of an idiotic mistake. And someone needs to pay for it.
