got a call this morning,, a friend told me he had time to help me work on my truck,,, so I hurried over,,, got it done. Then he asked if I had a few hours,,, sure why not. Went to clean up a work site he was working on,,, so I got 2 loads of firewood,, mostly larger branches, no trunks. SO I took them to a freinds house,, where they need ALOT more. DUring the second load,,, my beekeeper buddy was up at his warehouse,, and asked me if I wanted some stuff he was throwing out,, since he doesnt keep bees anymore. HE gave me a wax heater, some filters,, baskets,,,, ALOT of jars w/ lids adn some assorted tools. But since my truck had wood in it,, I had to put it in my friends truck,, and pick most of it up in the morning.

SO I took the second load to the same place,,, where she tells me her husband and her are "taking a vacation" from each other. And she needs the wood, but has noway of cutting it,,, and she is afraid of chainsaws. So,,, I brought mine over, and had to give her and her sister a chainsaw 101 lesson. Which was interesting to say the least,,,it was tireing just watching them trying to start it,,,LOL But no feet or toes/fingers where lost,, so,,, it went pretty well

Gee Stan, that made me tired just thinking about your day.You must fall into bed exhaused each night. At least you got some good bee 'stuff' out of it. What do they do with all those branches-you said they need even more-do you mean as firewood? I remember my first chainsaw experience-it went OK, now I have no fear of the thing. But I still won't light the big gas grill-I almost blew that thing up one day. :0) Gas powered equiptment doesn't scare me but I do have a problem with propane powered things.
