Does anyone know what kind of building this is, and what the history is? Located between 2nd and 3rd, it looks like the "Daily Planet" building out of a SuperMan film. When was it built, and who were the original tenants?

Any photos available of the building of different epochs?

The Assessor's records show the building construction date at 1986. In 1982 Douwe Egberts Tea and Coffee occupied the site.
