I write VCDs how can i protect the AVSEQ01.DAT file from being copied to Hard Drive

Can any one there tell me i will be thankful to that person

MY HARDDISK COMPANY IS SAMSUNG SO MANY BAD SECTORS IS THERE MAXIMUM 20BAD SECTORS IS THERE.

SO MANY IMPORDENT FILE IS THERE THE HARDDISK THE HARDDISK IS NOT BOOTING HOW TO REPAIR SAMSUNG HARDDISK BAD SECTORS.

SAMSUNG HARDDISK SOFTWARE WERE AVALEBILE.
