A skirt, a sleeveless top, and Triscuit crumbs

I'm wearing the subject line. What are you wearing? Or, if you don't want to talk about that, what do you think the lovely and stylish Plin wore today?

I am wearing shimmery dark grey jeans, the infamous sheer white linen blouse (with white bra this time, even), covered modestly with a port-red wool v-neck sweater. Oxblood red bowling shoes.

I am wearing army green shorts and a black sleeveless tshirt, which is covered in white Crash hair. Possibly black Crash hair, too, but you can't see that.

I'm wearing the subject line.

You know, now I just have this picture of you standing there, a streamer of words wrapped around ....

I'm wearing a sleeveless white eyelet lace shirt with a coral colored linen long sleeved jacket and light blue jeans and my stone colored Birks. I look lovely and business-like until I step out from behind my desk.

Fancy schmany black suit that I bought in London a couple of years ago. It's big on me but I paid 300 pounds for it, so I'm still wearing it. I had a very pretty Darwin fish pin on it, but I wimped out and took it off before my Big Important Meeting earlier.

This skirt, a royal blue August Silk long sleeved T-shirt, and gray slides. And minky hair which I am adjusting to in stages.

(If that link works, it will be a miracle)

Right this minute, the stylish Plin is wearing a Garfield Libra nightshirt that's probably about 15 years old.

However, as I mentioned elsewhere, today I wore real clothes! The kind I used to post about, back in the days when I left the house on a regular basis! It was very exciting. Okay, not that exciting. It was a pair of pale beige cotton twill slacks, low-heeled black leather pumps, and one of my favorite blouses. It's hard to describe; it's a silk and linen blend, a black background with a sort of stylized floral pattern in shades of plum and turquoise. Think Hermés blouse, except not quite.

I was just pleased to be out of sitting-around-the-house clothes. Yay for the outside world!

Well, there you go. No miracle.

Viv, it works perfectly. What a great skirt! Also, those Tahitian pearl earrings from Tiffany's would have been stunning with my outfit today. Damn that Katie.

I dressed for the weather, but I ralized I look kind of like a pirate. I have very cropped (midcalf) cuffed black pants, black boots that go up underneath the cuffs. A redred fitted buttondown sirt with 3/4 sleeves. If the short had bell sleeves I'd also need to wear a cutlass and an eye patch. I think I've offset the more costumey aspects by piling my hair on my head and sporting red lipstick

my god, too much coffee, matey. sorry for all the typos, shiver me timbers.

Sounds cute, trouble. Man the yardarms.

And Plin, you are so right, those earrings would have been perfect. With anything actually. Or nothing.

viv, that's a gorgeous skirt! Wow.

It's raining. I am wearing rainy-day clothes. A very wrinked (but that's okay) faded brown skirt, maroon with darker maroon floral print tshirty top and cute brown Nine West heeled loafers. I wore a blue windbreaker to keep the damp from my arms and a big ass black umbrella. The sucker is huge, a tiny step down from one of those industrial golf umbrellas.

I wanna wear grown up clothes like viv and Plin.

I dressed for the weather (it's raining here today) and given my lack of sleep last night, I'm amazed that everything matches: a black ribbed long sleeved, six button front Gap top, olive green stretch Levi's 550s and my Docs.

Last night I bought some comfy cotton drawstring pants with snaps up the front and two V-neck tanks from the Gap, one black and one white. That's what I will be changing into in an hour and half when I get home and pass out on the couch.

Dark Gray long sleeve t-shirt with a line of sparkly things across the front, old jeans that are too big (yay!) and sneakers. As mayaroo said...It's raining here and dressing for the weather is all you can do.

200th anniversary of the founding of the town I'm in shirt, red crushed velveteen stretch pants, black, brown & grey teva sandles. Threw on what was in the laundry basket nearest me so I could open the door not naked. Always a plus.

It's hot as blazes here today, so I'm wearing a cotton/linen blend sleeveless sweater in gradations of peach and raspberry tones. Wide- legged linen pants, snakeskin Clarks, amber Wilma bead bracelet. The normal complement of rings and G-Shock. I've been chained to my computer all day, so no one really saw me today. Oh well.

personally, i think viv should post photos every day of what she is wearing. so people like me, the fashion orphans, can see how the stylish people dress.

(in other words, snappy skirt, viv.)

Well, thanks, 'lil missy. But since I shamelessly linked to my first cool clothing purchase in months, it wouldn't be much fun after today to see what I'm wearing.

It is a cool skirt, though, isn't it? Glad ya'll like it. Me too. I had a skirt from the forties that was a bit longer but very similar that I loved but outgrew long ago. This one reminds a bit of that.

I'm wearing grey cords, a blue rugby shirt, and a navy-blue fleece. It's an outfit that totally says 'It's getting chilly, but it doesn't matter because I don't have to leave the house today'.
