I'm using a Moviemaker 100s to capture and encode to VCD from a BetaSP source. Is there anyway to improve video quality using optibase? Does anyone have experience using this card,i'd like to seek your advise.

I haven't been happy with the quality of any hardware VCD conversion. I capture uncompressed AVI and use Premiere w/ Panasonic plug in to convert to VCD. It takes a lot of disk space to capture, but disk space is cheap and the results are worth it.
