Any real Beekeeper would have had one of his/her empty brood chambers brought to the restaurant, placed the Queen inside and left it there, returning that evening, collected the bees and voila an instant hive. He/she also would have known that those bees would not be aggressive and would have taken NO bravery what so ever.
