I want to produce trowel, so I need information for what kind of welding machine that I need. The process is to join a bolt to the surface of a steel plate. bolt(dia 5mm, height 7mm), the bolt head is flat Steel plate(210mmx 100mm x 1mm)

The welding process looks like using resistance welding, but I don’t know what kind of resistance welding (spot welding , seam welding , flash welding or projection welding). So if you don’t mind, could you give me information for it?

From whatever information you have submitted,the bolt must be a projection weld bolt welded onto the sheet by projection welding.If you can email a photograph of the sample or fax a sketch,maybe we can give you more information.(91207473236)
