CofG Frieght Depot and Union Depot in Sylacauga

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Central of Georgia Railway Historical Soc : One Thread

I am trying my best to locate pictures of the CofG Freight Depot in Sylacauga, AL. that stood where the NS depot now stands as well as the Union Passenger Depot across the street (Hwy. 21) that served both the CofG and the L&N Birmingham Mineral Belt line through town. The Sylacauga library and the Musuem are no help at all. Nothing found there. Can any of you steer me in the right direction?????

Finally found the pictures I was looking for of the Union Passenger Station and the Central of Georgia Depots in Sylacauga, AL. My cousin that works at the B.B. Comer Public Library in Sylacauge dug them up for me. She's the only one that knew about them. For a look, visit the DEPOTS PAGE of my web site, Dale's Alabama Rail Pic's at http://StagmiesALRailpics.homestead.com/Home.html
