Greetings Ian- It sounds like you've done quite a bit of personalized custom work to the bike. I have found that most people prefer a stock appearing bike with as few modifications as possible. Often times the changes made to your taste does not agree with others. Have you considered converting the bike back to or as close to the stock configuration? Perhaps this might help you to sell the bike faster. I'm sure that given enough time, someone will appreciate the hard work you put into the bike and make you a fair offer. Converting the bike back to stock may expedite the process. Good luck.

Hi Ian. I'm a bit relucanat to reply because I'm in the States and can only attest to the U.S. MV market.

But for what it's worth, in the U.S. a 2000 MV can go between $16,500 to $15,000. New they are $18,900 (USD). I think the 2000s took a bit of a hit because of the changes in the 2001 and 2002 model.

You know, I think MCN had a used MV article a few weeks ago. This may be more relevant to your situation: http://www.motorcyclenews.com/bikes/buying_tips? bikeSectionID=57268&bikeDocumentID=8035

Someone here in Arkansas had an ad in the local paper this weekend for a 2002 Silver F4S with 600 miles on it. They were asking only $15,500.
