no link, saw it on tv.train is leaking something, but they say the winds are not too strong so it isn't spreading much.
that's St Louis which i believe is in missouri, last time I checked.

Fox film of that incident was neat--all that yellowish stuff just puthering out of the train car. About 30 people went to the hospital with breathing difficulties. Chlorine gas'll do that.
