How to get the good spot welding result

Now,I have some problem to get the goode result for connection of wire diameter 0.3 with the pure Cu-sheet thickness 0.12 mm . The trouble as follow -not so good connection (no melting) -welding position stick to upper electrode What is the cause of the problem PLS recommend me how to....

Answers

I assume wire is copper. Problem is common and solution is simple. Use inverter welder 120 KVA. Profile properly upper tooling to accept shape of copper wire. Assure ample of cooling for both bottom and upper tooling. use class 3 copper for both toolings.
