Korn/Ferry International has been retained to find a Human Resources Manager for our client, who in partnership with health care professionals offers the highest quality medical nutrition products and services to improve health and quality of life. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for building a high performance work culture within at the plant level. This individual will evaluate and improve existing human resources policies and programs, as well as create new programs in order to build a solid human resources infrastructure in a changing environment.

The qualified candidate will have a proven track record as a Human Resources Generalist including experience with workplace transformations. Additionally, this individual’s expertise will be called upon in virtually all areas of HR including, but not limited to, performance management, organizational development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, EEO, and staffing and recruitment.

The successful candidate must have highly developed leadership abilities and interpersonal skills and must be a performance driven, fast-paced individual with demonstrated abilities aligning HR goals with corporate objectives. This individual will have 6-8 plus years HR Experience, including at least 2 years at the Manager level with direct reports. This candidate must also possess conversion experience from a traditional manufacturing to a HPO environment; Health care/Consumer Products background is a plus. The qualified candidate will demonstrate exceptional business acumen, strategic planning skills, organizational assessment, and oral and written communication skills.
