I was just wondering what everyone else has found to be the cream of the crop when it comes to resources for discipling new believers. Any recommendations?

I have found the best discipling material in print. It is called The Bible :) Seriously, I have not found anything that I feel fully at ease with. What I am using at present is the material produced by Equipping Christians International. If you need more info, please contact me.

Though I take issue with certain aspects of his methodology, i.e. the shepherding type structure of his home cell groups, he is right on target doctrinally. I think that you will find his materials to be quite refreshing.
