I read in Fred's forums about a BioDiesel pump being installed in a Citgo station near the Pentagon. I called the station and spoke to a fella who confirmed there is a plan to install the pump, but he was not aware of the timeframe. Apparently, a military ID is required to pump the gasoline. However, the Ethanol pumps are open to the public. He was not able to tell me if a military ID would be required to use the BioDiesel pump. I am planning on calling Barbara tomorrow. Her shift begins at 10:00am.
