simple you just get a Gold chocobo and get it and a wonderful chocobo to class S and then mate them with the best nut and do this over and over again

A maxed chocobo would be a Gold chocobo that has eaten alot of Sylkis Greens and is avalible at the chocobo sage near the top of the map (airship needed or a gold chocobo) A sell a max out "All" materia because the greens cost 5000 gil each. Its like buying weed or other drugs to feed to your chocobo lol.
