Before Clinton was placed under oath to testify about Monica, the two parties' lawyers agreed to the line of questioning and to certain definitions regarding that line of questioning (stay with me here)...Clinton's lawyers got the other side to agree to a definition of "sexual relations" that DID NOT, I repeat, DID NOT include oral sex...so, when Clinton was asked if he had "sexual relations" with her, by the definition of that term already agreed upon, Clinton's answer was "no" - and this WAS NOT a lie, given the definitions agreed upon. Splitting hairs - sure, but that is what LAW is all about: language and precise definitions thereof
