90/99 minute CD-Rs are not guaranteed to work in anything. It has been my limited experience that the 90 minute CD-Rs work fine for SVCD, but I can't burn 99 minute CD-Rs with my burner, so I can't test them. The 90 and 99 minute CD-Rs violate CD standards so there are no guarantees. If they work for you, that's great, but they may fail on other DVD players. One time I burned a DivX movie to a 90 minute CD-R and the very same PC that burned it without error refused to play it. This is just to give you an example of the problems you can have. I suggest that if you use these discs that you do NOT try to overburn beyond their stated capacity. For example, I wouldn't try to burn 91 minutes of VCD video to a 90 minute CD-R as it will almost certinaly fail. You might want to buy a small number of the discs at first in case they don't work. Many burners won't burn the 99 minute CD-Rs at all, but most will burn the 90 minute ones. Finally, your ability to use these discs depends on your burning software. No versions of EZ CD Creator will allow you to burn these discs, but other programs such as Nero will be OK.
