I've picked up a suggestion that WHU are preparing to bite back at The Toon later this week by publicly accusing them of tapping up Michael Carrick.The story is that this back-biting between the Clubs has been going on for some time - in fact since WHU nicked Carrick as a kid from under their noses when they thought they had him lined up.
Not entirely certain of the voracity of this source mind.

We'll be OK on this one. Ivrybu99a knaas Carricks a fixture in Newcastle anyway. Tho I think Greggs do better stotties, Carricks always did canny Straabeery Tarts (no, I don't dare......!)
