Hello, I, as the person who wrote the welcome, am a photograher interested in audio. Unfortunatly, I'm also a student, which means I have next to no money. I want to buy a 2 channel (hopefully soon adding a sub) system that has a FM tuner and an input to accept the audio from my PS2 (movies and CDs). Obviously, I'll also need some speakers. Does anyone have some recomendations about components that are affordable to a poor college student, but still sound better than the $200-all-in-one-shelf-pieces-crap at Best Buy? I was hoping to keep the whole system under $500-$600 because even that is more than I can really aford. Thank you all.
