I dislike both of these women, hard to know who to root for.

MEOW!

Katie Couric confronted conservative writer Ann Coulter yesterday in a contentious exchange on "Today" - after Coulter had compared Katie to Eva Braun in a new book.

On the air, the pair smiled and all but called each other liars.

"I think I do have to bring up a section of the book where you talk specifically about me," Couric said. "And this is not where you call me the 'Eva Braun of liberalism," Couric said.

"Affable [Eva Braun]," Coulter corrected her.

"Affable, thanks," said Couric. "That makes me feel so much better."

Couric went on to ask Coulter about a section in her book - titled "Slander: Liberal Lies about the American Right" - where she ripped "Today" for calling Ronald Reagan an "airhead."

"You used me as an example of liberal bias against Ronald Reagan, and I'm just curious why you took it so out of context?" said Couric.

"Well, I don't think I did," Coulter replied. "You're taking it out of context.".

Couric: "No, I'm not,"

Coulter : ". . .For the 'Today' show to be opening three days in a row [with] Ronald Reagan was an airhead, I'm sorry but that's dishonest."

Couric: "For your information, it was one day."
