Having bought the book, I'd just like to say what a wonderful treasure trove of truly pithy instruction it is. It's all too easy to become disillusioned with bad/mediocre teaching. Not here. The advice given is extremely challenging and rewarding.

In particular the chapters on dancing and singing are very liberating. For all fellow (amateur)musicians wracked with self consciousness, this is the excuse you need to let go :)
