My wife (from the Ukraine) had me arrested on phony domestic abuse charges so she can file an I-360 form to get her Green Card. This form gives a Green Card to non citizen's who claim domestic abuse. I never hit or abused her. Can anybody help?

They don't get a green card but a chance to stay in the country and not be deported for a period of time. This same thing just happened to me with a Thai girl. I am interested in what happened in your case - e-mail me at realpusslvr@hotmail.com
