I don't know what's going on, but it looks like someone hijacked Gwen's domain. I did a search for the registrar on (http://www.internic.net/whois.html), and it says an enom.com updated registration for the domain on 17 Jun. They are a registrar company (ICANN issues licenses to who can register domain names, and everyone else in the world has to get their domains from these licensed middlemen). As far as I can tell at this point, companies like these search out high traffic sites, then wait for regitrations to expire so they can jump on them, hoping the forgetful owners value the domains enough to register through them.

I guess you can look at this as kind of a good problem. You've built up a strong enough reputation for bottomfeeders to try to squeeze you. It's good in that if you don't want to cave in on principal, you can just pick up a new domain, and do what you did before.

(I'm on xanax today, had an MRI this morning, and the above probably makes no sense. Fortunately, my bosses' rantings also make no sense today, either, and I don't care). Yay, Gwen. Missed you!
