Edgar. Poe was his last name... tis the first time I hear of someone's being christened by his cognomen. But still, you may be right. I'm french, & orthodox; Eddie was protestant, wasn't he? There may be a little difference, then... He might have been christened by his surname; who will clinch the matter?
