I found the perfect thing for a garden spot that stays quite wet, baby corn, (like what you get in a Chinese restaurant.) I remembered last year, when we had too much rain, too, it didn't matter if the corn stalks grew well, there was still plenty of baby corn to harvest. It's doing quite well this year, even though part of the row is a little lighter, it's will still produce.
