Hi,

I am newbie at this. I just brought a speedlite 199A to go with my trusty AE-1P and now am starting to experiment with flash photography.

If i am not wrong my Canon AE-1P does does not handle TTL flash, what should I do for a fill-in flash type of photography (without getting the infamous "deer-in-headlights" look) ?

Is there a compensation chart or does it happen automatically?
