Leica Dreams...........(seriosly, I mean a dream about a Leica)

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Leica Photography : One Thread

So last night, in addition to my dreams about females and winning the lottery, I had a Leica M dream.

I had my frist M6 setup again. Black classic with a pre asph 35 'lux. Something I stupidly sold a number of years ago and have regretted since.

I was a zone focusing master. Street shots fell like flies. Amazing candids of anyone and everyone. Clients were amazed at the audacity of such an amazing photographer who would shot up to a shoot with only one old looking camera and one lens.......and it wasn't even a ZOOM LENS!

But alas, I don't have that M6 anymore, and even worse, I don't have the lux. But I'll just make do with my CL and IIIf I guess. Ahhhhhhh, dreams.

I really love the fact that I used "amazing" three times in two sentences. Good thing I don't write for a living. I should probably spend some of my photo money on a thesaurus.

May be you subconcious is telling you that such photographer was not the result of an amazing camera what ever it was, but an amazing photographer that you can be.

By the way how many times have you go to the movies and seen "The Amazing Spiderman"; just curious
