Instead of bying VCD Player, I just want add-in a card in my Audio CD Player or PC to watch VCD's on my 25" TV screen. I have a PHILIPS Power-House (AW-666) with single Audio CD Player. I want to know, whether a way out to fix any VCD card in that ACD Player or, some VGA card is available for PC (Pentium-III, 650 MgHtz)

Please let me know : 1. What is the better option, performance and price wise ? 2. Of which make is better and where can I get it ?
