internet job descriptions and WE-mail lists

If we have or can get them into Word, it would be easy for me to put the various job descriptions into web page form and get them on the internet (I could reworkd the www.indianwareness.net home page so people could be "pointed" there and then linked to them, or we could probably make arrangements to have them added to the WE Fest site's "Employment/Benefits" page)...

Which reminds me... A) We should DEFINITELY squack it up so we get internet access in the office (maximum cost = $60 for the summer); and B) when we do, we should maybe see about getting those applications routed to our e-office email address (instead of Brenda's or the Ranch House).

Which reminds me: Once we start getting people's email addresses, we can simply add them to a mailing list like this (click that), and then any time we want to let everybody know something (or even if we just want to send everyone some kind of dumb but fun little "WE Fest Update"), all we'd have to do it type it up, paste it into a box, and click "Send."

We could set up two lists: One for people who applied via the web site who don't get hired (this year - "prospective employees list" - which reminds me that I should see about talking to whoever's doing the web site about setting things up in such a way that the email address of anyone who fills out an app online is AUTOMATICALLY entered into a mailing list - so nobody has to re-enter them); another list for employees... Another list for managers... Another one for relatives of managers... Sponsors! Vendors! EVERYbody! "You've got WE-mail!"
