We are running production servers on Oracle . recently, I created a JSP script which opens a single connection to the database and allows me to query and generate the results on a website.

However, the query takes much longer time using that JSP compared to when I query it directly ( eons !!! )

So, guys is it my script or what do you guys recond ?
