I don't think it is Vestal's but it is from Zone V's catalogues from Vt. and I'll be glad to send it to you. It does use Hydroquinone and I have been using it for years.

Hi Matthew,Here is the formula for David Vestal's Divided D-76;
Solution A
Water 750.0 ml Elon or metol 2.0 gm Sodium Sulfite 50.0 gm Hydroquinone 5.0 gm Water to make 1000.0 ml
Solution B
Water 750.0 ml Sodium Sulfite 50.0 gm Borax 2.0 gm Water to make 1000.0 ml
If I remember correctly, the film is developed in Solution A for 4 minutes (with normal agitation) followed by 10 minutes in solution b with with normal agitation. Stop, Fix and Wash normally. Don't let solution B get into solution A or you'll wreck solution A.
As with any film, you should test first before committing any important pictures to this process.
Hope this helps...
