Engineers from Motorola were here this morning, working on the MyMail server. They successfully installed and configured the server, and the two 009 devices we have were receiving email.

Users need to be imported.

Change user encryption from 3DES to nothing.

Setup the device. Encryption setting screen password is welcome. Shared key password is password.

Gerry Thomas (gerry.thomas@motorola.com) was here yesterday to install the latest version of the Motorola MyMail Server. He actually had a few problems getting the install to complete, but was eventually successful. I have been receiving email on the Accompli, although it looks like I am not getting all messages. Perhaps there is a filter somewhere.

Since the upgrade, I have not added Rick's phone back into the server. This is because Robin Gamble is supposed to deliver 9 new Accompli 009 devices this morning.
