Reading Hebrews this morning I ask the group for input on the following: Why has the designation of The King Of Justice '56 bible been changed to Righteous '92 in the New American Bible?

What is the difference between the two please?

Response to Melchizdek

Actually no difference at all. Both mean essentially the same thing.

Response to Melchizdek

You are right, Fred.

The name Melchizedek is a compound of two Hebrew words. According to a glossary of Hebrew biblical words:
the first word can be transliterated as Mel-kee, which means "the king" or "my king" [You may have heard of Melkite Catholics]
the second word can be transliterated as Tse-dek, which can mean either "justice" or "righteousness.
