Lloyds TSB Bank.

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Repossession : One Thread

I had 'keyman insurence' with Lloyds bank. In october 1996 I had to finish work on medical grounds. The insurence would not pay up as the policy had "pre-medical" conditions attached. Lloyds at the time did not say which or if any conditions were pertinant. My premiums were returned and I had to continue to work with medical problems. Because I was ill it, followed that my business suffered and the bank made life very difficult. (I believe this was due to me making an official complaint). I was also forced into giving a personall guarantee on my home, which the bank are presently trying to reposses through the courts. I am desperate now for any advice or help.

Answers

Are you saying you complained to Lloyds, or are you saying you complained to the Ombudsman?

If you did not complain to the Ombudsman then, it may be too late now.

Please expand.

Good Luck.

Thank you Harry. I have been through the Ombudsman, but important evidence was not admited because he would not 're-visit'
