I called this morning and spoke with Jay. I explained that I moved both of my trees and as far as I was concerned, this matter was closed. I thanked them for all their help. He told me Ronnie was not working today, but he would pass the information along to him tomorrow. He said Ronnie would probably stop by tomorrow to inspect.

This morning, after a good soaking rain, I moved both trees. The tree along the Freter property line was only moved several inches. The trunk is clearly behind the property / easement stakes, however there are several overhanging branches. And of course, I cut Rob's electric dog fence. Kathy called and left a message on Rob's answering machine explaining what happened and offered to assist in fixing.

We got back from a long weekend at the ocean and the shitheads have moved all three trees and reconstructed the vinal fence near their driveway. Looks like crap.

Yesterday afternoon, Ronnie called me back. He told me he was at the house today and that I was going to have to move two trees, one on each side. I told him that I did not agree with having to move the one on Rob's side. He seemed not to care. He did tell me that the shitheads have to move the 3 trees as well as the first fence post.

Kathy called me and said that the county was at the house today. I called them and asked for Ronnie. He was not available and is supposed to return my call.

I got home from work yesterday, and there were stakes in the ground on our property as well as shitheads property. On our property, the placement of the stakes clearly show that one of our trees, along the shithead's property line, is in the easement. Along Freter's property line, I have one tree right on the line, and I will not move this one.

The shithead family removed their stupid white fencing, but the trees are still there.

A moral victory!

Spoke to Jim. He told me that Ronnie Haynes was working the fence issue now. Got passed to Ronnie. He told me the issue is still being worked. Waiting on Benton Watson to get back from open heart surgury. Benton appears to be the decision maker. Ronnie told Terri that the fencing and trees needs to be 25 feet back from the center if Clairho. I am not sure what the footage is back from Murray Road. Ronnie told me they were again extending until 21 August.

Terri is also supposedly having a survey done along Murray to locate her corners. Ronnie told her she would have to pay for the survey and deconstruction if the county has to perform the work.

He also reminded me again about our tree in question. I assured him I would move the tree when I saw the fence moved.

"Bruce Lockard, Carroll County roads chief". This was a blurb I lifted from a SunSpot.net article. His name may come in handy.

Jim Mirfin (410.386.6739) is Jay Nave's replacement. Jay is retiring and Benton Watson is out on sick leave until mid August. I spoke to Jay and told him the easement was still blocked after their 30 day notice. He told me they would "get on it". I asked what this meant. He said the Fisher's would get a nasty threatening note from the County Attorney. If they still do not comply, the county will take them to court. I asked if I could call back for progress checks, and Jay said to contact Jim Mirfin.

Today, I called Ms. Kimberly Millender. She said the county is the owner of the property, however, they do not look to make people move objects in the easement unless those objects pose a threat to public safety. What a crock.

I then called Jay Nave (410.386.6717) from County roads. He told me he was not working last Thursday and Friday. He told me his boss, Benton Watson evaluated the situation.

I was transferred to Benton Watson. He explained the three sections of fencing as well as the three trees all needed to be moved. They were notified on 5/16/2002 and have 30 days to comply. I explained the neighbor's threat to extend their property line seperator ino the easement and up to the roadway. Benton told me he would take care of this if they proceed in that direction.

Benton also told me that we have one tree that needs to be moved. I told him I would take care of that. I will wait until I see something in writing. No doubt, stupid cunt filed the necessary paperwork.

I sent an email to Ms. Kimberly Millender this past Friday. I inquired about the specific code dealing with easements and their interpretation. Also asked about how variances were decided. I did not hear anything.

This morning, I called. Kimbrely was in a meeting and the secretary said she would call me back.
