When do the fixtures come out? I can never remember. I assume it's start of July but anyone know? ( I have a wedding to plan around them!)

EPL fixture list comes out in June...not long to wait. This question comes around every close season.

The Nationwide fixtures are out on 13 June - I assume the Prem will come out at the same time.

Been around the end of June last 2 seasons, I think. Everyone in dept has already been told I'll be out for appx 2 weeks at the turn of the year, dates to be finalized by end of June. ;-))

Mrs S will be having a caesarian this time around and I have already insisted that the blessed event takes place on a Friday - got lucky last time but this one we can plan.

Incidentally, now ITV Digital has gone tits-up have we lost those bloody awful 5.30 and 2.00 o'clock kickoffs?

Are congratulations in order Lynda? (:o)

I am getting married on a Friday as it happens - forward planning. However I'm hoping there's a home game on the Saturday as we'e having a party that night. If it's an away I might have to be late to my own party! Even worse it might be one of those evening kick offs. Still the Toon comes first.

Good luck on the wedding plans Lynda. I'm awaiting the fixture list myself, as I'll be heading up for a weekend in Sept/Oct with the wife (and hopefully getting a game in if we can get tickets).

Not wishing to pry into your personal life Lynda, so I will ask what does your "Partner" (this will keep the PC brigade like Josh happy) think of coming second to the Toon?

In most cases we get the male side of "her indoors" having to take the back seat. I was just wondering how it is from the female perspective.

PS If you are a tranny, don't bother answering! :o)

No Gus - NOT a tranny!?

He's used to being second best I suppose. He likes football and even watches the Toon on occasion but he has his own team who he sort of follows.

He complains about it being on obsession with me at times and drew the line at wedding reception at SJP unfortunately! Has accepted that any kids will be NUFC supporters though.

What is funny is that any visitor to the house assumes all the football stuff, magazines etc are his.

BTW - thanks for all your good wishes folks.
