Hello:Thanks for the link. The man's work is stunning. It ranks up there with Goya's "Disasters of War". He sets the mark for all photojournalists.
Its also a tribute to the power of B*W silver technology. All those who worry about getting densitometers or whether APOs are better than ASPs: give it up!!! Soccer is just a game and a camera is just a tool.

Thanks for share such a link, great work, some pictures are amaizing, just find the portafolio too repetitive, a lot of similar pictures. Any way Mr Salgado is a Master of the media.

I respect his efforts, but I don't think he's a modern day Goya. James Nachtwey is, but not Salgado. Thanks for the link, though.

Nachtwey's vision of the world is darker than Salgado's (compare Inferno with Migrations). Nachtwey is definitely more Goya-esque.
