Citeh down?

I don't know about you, but i have a sneaky feeling that Kev may be about to make some mistakes. As the speculation below suggests he might be about to sign a hell of a headache...

'KEGGY COULD MOVE FOR ANELKA' Nicolas Anelka was being linked with a shock move to Manchester United last week - well, now the Daily Express say Manchester CITY could be interested in the pouty one if Liverpool opt for Freddie Kanoute instead. And, according to the Daily Mirror, Keggy is also expected to wrap up £4m deals for on-loan-at-Newcastle Paris St Germain defender Sylvain Distin, Independiente striker Matias Vicente Vuoso and Lyon defender Marc-Vivien Foe. Dutch Under-21 defender Tyrone Loran will cost another £1m while Planetfootball say Citeh could also go after Bordeaux striker/midfielder Christophe Dugarry.

Hope he buys them all and gets his team relegated. KK's getting right on my tits, I'm beginning to see why some opposition fans used to think he was such a dick while we were busy canonising him. Lost a lot of respect for him since he brought Citeh up to St.James' in the cup (where apparantly they murdered us - the stats tell it differently but we'll ignore that eh?), he's gone on to tell the national hacks how much more enjoyable it is at MC in comparison NUFC. He ought to remember who gave him his managerial chance, bloody ingrate. Watch him disappear into the sunset (again) when reality bites. Not to keen on the City fans either, used to think they were ok, can't stand the twats now. Down with the mackems next season I reckon.

My sentiments exactly Dave. My gratitude at what he did for us is being worn away by all of the stuff you mention.

He's doing his usual 'buy big'. Will it work for him in the long term I wonder? Football has moved on since he was last managing in the PL and while we took the PL by storm our first season, really the league was pretty poor. Not now.

As for Anelka - if I was Liverpool I'd go for Kanoute. I thought he was good at SJP v Us a few weeks ago and while he's got attitude he's not the whinger than Anelka is.

Come to think of it, Kanoute would be a helluva buy for us.

The Chronic also has Gary Caldwell on his way to Coventry.

Something else we might live to regret ?

Even IF he secures all of the above Citeh will not finish in the top 5

imho

and then what

where is sparxx when you need him. I hope city get relegated and kev quits by christmas. I wonder what the odds are?? Loved him when he was here, very grateful for what he did, however there are only so many bridges you can burn.

I have to admit, despite loving him for all he did for us, I would love it, just love it if City went down.

It's almost guaranteed that he will spend an absolute fortune whereas none of the previous Man City bosses have.

Lynda is right in that the PL is much stronger now. Newcastle then Forest came up and finished 3rd in their first season.

Man City would have to buy some seriously special players to manage 3rd place next season, displacing the likes of Liverpool, Man Utd and Arsenal and overtaking Leeds, Chelsea and the all conquering NUFC.

I think Citeh will do OK, at least avoiding relegation. Can't see what KK's done to seriously effect his relationship with Toon fans - still love the blerk, personally.

Well Clarky, it's kinda like yer wife (not yours specifically)who you love very dearly, just packin her bags one day and leaving, not for anyone inparticular, just up and out. She has a few one night stands and then ends up marrying this real tosser who everyone hates. And after all this she says it's much better with him than anyone with you.

Same here Dss. For some reason, next season I'm sure Man City will feel alot like a Derby game where we really want to win it for personal reasons.

Half of me says he's a legend etc.. But the other half hope they go down.

I think the way he has said his time at City is better than it ever was a NUFC has really pissed me off. He gets all this adoration from St James' park where it is questionable if he even deserves it, then he comes out with that. He has abviously forgotten about us. Why can't we forget about him?

Then is trying to steal Ditstin!
