Sent my 5, 3,and 1 yr old daughters, along with my then wife to South Carolina for my wifes sisters wedding. 30 years later I find out the father in law, now deceased was a pedophile. Came from a 13 children family, Catholics, two brothers priests and a couple of sisters nuns, from Fall River, MA. My ex wife and living mother in law witnessed the abuse. They were also present at other times and did nothing to stop the crime. Can I file charges against them for failure to report a crime?
