I tried mounting a Old Dual Range on the R2. Looks like the hinge is too short for proper mounting.

I tried a newer DR , it mounted, but it cannot focuss to infinity.

Anyone has this problem?

Certain lenses protrude too deeply into the R2 body to be used. The Cameraquest website by Stephen Gandy discusses this.

DR wouldn't go on my Minolta CLE either if I remember correctly. Of course the close up range wouldn't couple with either of those cameras even if it did, as the windows don't line up.

Had the Old DR rigid 50. Face the same problems. It occurs at the Minolta CLE as well. And the M6TTL mounting seems very tight.
