Art - your Leica IIIA of 1936 wwill be valued entirley by condition. If it was mint - very very few are like that now - it could be worth $500 or more. (I know of one lightly used but in its orignal red box - correctly numbered - and in its original tissue that fetched $1450.) If it is very worn only $100. something in between seems likely.
