There is speculation that Gary Megson could be on his way to the SoL, with Reidy moving upstairs as Director of Football.

While my views don't hold too much water on Wearside, I reckon this would be a good move for the mackems, recognising that while Peyter is not a top-class coach he does have +ve attributes. However, if this arrangement meant Megson effectively being Reidy's No.2, I couldn't see him accepting it.

Well, he plays defensive, long ball stuff, exactly what they're used to at the SoL. If it doesn't work out, I'm sure Dave Bassett would work there.
